The following is a list of Documentation you must complete in order to participate in the tournament:
Registration Requirements
All participating teams are required to provide proof of:
- Permission To Travel from their district, provincial or state association. All teams outside of the Scarborough District require a travel permit.
- Medical Insurance Coverage for all players and team officials (usually included with player/coach) This is for teams outside Canada ONLY.
- Proof Of Age All players must present a Player book/card identifying their date of birth, and the team they are registered to. Please ensure that you are registered in the correct age group. Our dates are calculated from January 1st - December 31st.

Official Robbie Roster must be filled out and brought to registration. ONLY the Official Robbie Roster can be used at the Tournament.
Game Sheets must be filled out for all games throughout the tournament.
(Forms pertaining to Guest Players must be obtained from your District Office. See GUEST PLAYERS for a list of required documentation)
BELOW IS A TIMELINE OF WHEN YOU SHOULD SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
Upon applying submit:
- Application Form with payment
- Travel Permit from District
Upon Check-in at Registration:
- Official Robbie Roster completely filled out.
- Any documents pertaining to GUEST PLAYERS
- Proof of Age: Player Cards/Books
- Medical Forms Proof of Coverage (FOR TEAMS OUTSIDE CANADA ONLY)
One hour prior to your first scheduled game at the field you are playing on:
- Stamped Official Robbie Roster which you will have obtained the night before at registration
- Proof of Age: Player Cards/Books
- Game Sheet completely filled out.
