Robbie Team Registration

When: Friday June 29th, 2012 at 2pm to 10pm

Where? The Delta Toronto East Hotel (Kennedy Road & 401)

Who must attend? ALL TEAMS MUST HAVE A TEAM REPRESENTATIVE PRESENT.

This representative can be a parent, coach, manager, etc.

What to bring:

1.  Updated Robbie Roster (NO OTHER ROSTERS WILL BE ACCEPTED)

2. Player Books in roster order

3. Copy of Travel permit if you have not received receipt from robbie administrator.

NO TEAM WILL PLAY WITHOUT AN APPROVED TRAVEL PERMIT.

4. Medical Forms (For teams outside Canada ONLY)

5. Guest Player Information/Forms 

You will receive:

• Official Stamped Robbie Roster to be used throughout the tournament
• Wristbands for every player and all coaching staff to be worn throughout the tournament
• Robbie Programs (1 per player)
• Robbie Crests (1 per player)
• Any other giveaways from our sponsors
