1. Ensure that you are applying to the correct age group. We offer the following Boys and Girls Divisions: Under 10, 11, 12 (BOYS Premiere or Trophy level), 13, 14, 15/16 Girls combined, Boys U15, Boys U16, Under 17/18 Boys combined, Under 17/18 Girls combined, Under 21 Boys. USA/ International Teams - ensure that you read our age categories correctly to ensure correct placement.
2. When entering your club and team name (the very first field) Please make it as short and clear as possible. Example: If you play for the Markham Stingers, do not put Markham Soccer Club, Markham Stingers, simply put Markham Stingers. This team name is what will show on the tournament schedules and cannot be changed.
3. If you choose the "Pay by Cheque" option your application will not be reviewed or processed until your cheque is received. You will not be put on a waiting list, or notified in any way until payment is received.
4. All teams must review and agree to our Credit Card Payment and Refund Policy. (we still do accept cheques as there is an option in the payment section)
5. All teams who have completed their application with payment before the deadline of Friday May 17th, 2013 will receive notification of their status by or before June 7th, 2013.
International/US Teams: please contact us by email for early acceptance.
