General Information
Everything you need to know to get started

 

Tournament Info

  •       World’s Largest International Soccer Tournament where proceeds are donated to the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.  
  •       Over $50,000 donated to charity annually.
  •       A Canadian and International Tradition since 1967.
  •       All teams are guaranteed 3 games.
  •       Teams are seeded into divisions of 4 or 5, within their age category. The top teams precede to either quarter or semi finals.
  •       Games are played on top quality fields across the Scarborough, North York, Pickering, and Ajax areas of Ontario.
General Information
Teams must apply ONLINE to their 2011 Outdoor Season Age Division.
International teams (Especially USA Teams): Review our age/year categories carefully to assure you enter the correct division. *If you apply to the wrong age group, you will not be guaranteed a spot in the tournament unless there is room in the appropriate age group. If there is no room, the team will not be refunded. Please make sure to fill out the application properly.
All applications must be accompanied by payment in order to be considered. You must gain acceptance into the tournament, and will be notified via email after the tournament deadline, upon your acceptance.
International teams are granted early acceptance for traveling purposes. International teams see below for "Additional Requirements for teams outside Canada and USA".
 
2011 Age Divisions
  • Under 10 (Ontario Teams Only) born January 1, 2001 and after (7 v 7)
  • Under 11, born January 1, 2000 and after (9 v 9)
  • Under 12, born January 1, 1999 and after (11 v 11)
  • Under 13, born January 1, 1998 and after (11 v 11)
  • Under 14, born January 1, 1997 and after (11 v 11)
  • Under 15 and 16s Girls Only are combined in one division U15/16.
  • Under 15 Boys are separate. Under 16 Boys are separate.
  • Under 15, born January 1, 1996, and after (11 v 11)
  • Under 16, born January 1, 1995, and after (11 v 11)
  • Under 17 and 18s are combined in one division U17/18.
  • Under 17, born January 1, 1994, and after (11 v 11) 
  • Under 18, born January 1, 1993, and after (11 v 11)
Players On The Roster: 
      UNDER 10: Maximum 14. (Ontario Teams Only)
      UNDER 11 – 18: Maximum 18.
 
Game Durations:
Preliminary Round, Quarter Finals and Semi-finals:
     Under 10: 2 x 20 Minute Halves
     Under 11, 12: 2 x 25 Minute Halves
     Under 13,14,15/16,17/18: 2 x 30 Minute Halves
Finals
      Under 10: 2 x 30 Minute Halves
      Under 11, 12: 2 x 35 Minute Halves
      Under 13,14: 2 x 40 Minute Halves
      Under 15/16,17/18: 2 x 45 Minute Halves
 
Entry Fee:
Under 10: $350.00 CDN/USD. (Ontario Teams Only May enter)
Under 11 - 18: $450.00 CDN/USD 

Payment by Mastercard/VISA, Money Order or Cheque. Post dated cheques are not accepted. NSF cheques will incur a minimum $25.00 fee.

  • Fee includes a $100 non-refundable deposit. If you withdraw before the deadline, your team will not be refunded this portion.
Important additional notes:
  • No Refunds will be granted after the Tournament Entry Deadline.
  • The entry fee includes a $100 non-refundable deposit fee. If a team withdraws before the deadline, they are only subject to receive the remaining amount less the deposit.
  • Refund cheques will take a minimum of 10 business days to issue.
  • All teams must agree to our Credit Card Payment and Refund Policies in order to participate (there is a cheque option online)
 
Guest Players
Maxium 3 Guest Players.
Players from within your own club are not considered guest players.

Registration Requirements:
 
Prior to the tournament: Teams must apply online and submit Payment. As well forward an approved Travel Permit, asap. 
 
 
Mandatory Team Registration (Check-In): All teams must have a team representative present:
 
Thursday June 30th, 2011 between 2pm and 10pm at the Delta Toronto East Hotel, Robbie Headquarters.
 

All participating teams are required to provide proof of:
  • Permission to Travel from their district, provincial or state association. All teams outside of the Scarborough District require a travel permit. 
  • Medical Insurance Coverage for all players and team officials (usually included with player/coach) This is for teams outside Canada ONLY.
  • Proof Of Age All players must present a Player book/card identifying their date of birth, and the team they are registered to. Please ensure that you are registered in the correct age division. Our age categories are calculated from January 1st - December 31st.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR TEAMS OUTSIDE OF CANADA/USA:
THE FOLLOWING MUST BE PROVIDED BY JUNE 1ST:
  • International teams must provide confirmed accommodation information including flights info and hotel info.
  • Permission to travel from your club, district and permission from your embassy, or country to travel
  • Proof of VISAs if required. 
 
 
 
 
 
Tournament Schedules:
 
  • Schedules are posted online and available for print a minimum of 1 week prior to the tournament.

Any teams with specific scheduling requests will need to submit them in writing by June 1st in order to be considered. We do our best to accommodate out of town teams, or coaches with multiple teams. Please keep in mind that no request is guaranteed, but that we do our best to accommodate all teams.
